The Natchez Grand Hotel and the Magnolia Bluffs Casino Hotel are FULL for the MWC dates next year. There is no block at Holiday Inn Express, but the hotel is allowing alumni to book rooms. As of 3/16/26, the rooms are $159 a night, but the rate is subject to fluctuation. A clerk at the Hampton informed me that the hotel has not yet posted rates for next year which is why people are being quoted $1, 000 a night! As soon as I receive updates about the Hampton and the other four hotels, I will post them here.
If any individuals have photos from previous mid-winter conferences, we would love for you all to share them with us for our slide show. We want to show how this alumni event has evolved over the years.

Chapters that would like to donate towards our Continental Breakfast may do so. Any amount that chapters desire to donate is appreciated.
